Q: How do I place/cancel an order?
A: Upon submission of your desired product on our contact us page or via telephone support:
A proforma invoice will be sent to you via email, or fax stating the required upfront deposit of $630.00 TTD* and the Banking Details for the Deposit. During this period your product will be held for shipment until verification is sought from the Local Bank.
Upon shipment you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number for your product to Trinidad.
Cancelled orders will undergo a restocking charge of 50% of the deposit.
