Q: Are the products on your site new and do they carry warranties?

A: Most of the products are new, however a few are Factory Refurbished. PLEASE NOTE ALL PRODUCTS CARRY A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A:  It depends. If the item is in stock in the country you can get it same day or next day. Items which are in stock in our US based warehouse are shipped next day and usually arrive within 3 working days. Items which are in transit from the manufacturer to our warehouse in the USA take 5 working days.
Q: How do I place/cancel an order?

A: Upon submission of your desired product on our contact us page or via telephone support:
 
A proforma invoice will be sent to you via email, or fax stating the required upfront deposit of $630.00 TTD* and the Banking Details for the Deposit. During this period your product will be held for shipment until verification is sought from the Local Bank.  
 
Upon shipment you will be provided with a FedEx tracking number for your product to Trinidad.  
 
Cancelled orders will undergo a restocking charge of 50% of the deposit.

Q: Is your company legal? How can I trust you?

A: Bagalito Enterprises is a Registered Company in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. We abide by and uphold the consumer laws of the land.
 
Trust is always an issue when bargains are too good to be true, however our payments are made through Financial Institutions and Banks who do trust us enough to have held our accounts since 2004.  
Q: Will your company provide a pro-forma invoice to take to my employer or bank?

A:  Absolutely! We will be delighted to. Please send along your details Name, Address, Contact Number and Product(s) that interest you.
